Altiva Industrial Staffing collects information you provide through our website and secure portal so we can respond to inquiries, recruit and place candidates, support employees, serve employer clients, operate assignments, and protect our services.
Information we may collect
Contact, identity, account, and profile information.
Employment history, skills, availability, work preferences, résumés, certifications, and documents you choose to upload.
Employer organization, hiring, job, candidate-review, time-approval, and billing information.
Applications, communications, assignment activity, hours worked, pay calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and pay-statement records.
Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the portal.
How we use and share information
We use information to provide staffing and workforce services, evaluate applications, communicate with you, improve our services, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. Candidate information may be shared with prospective or current employer clients when appropriate for a requested staffing service. We may also use service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, screen, or operate the service. We do not sell access to applicant profiles.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, applicable staffing relationships, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting altivaindustrial@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained as required by law, a documented legal hold, or legitimate business needs.
Security and sensitive documents
Portal access is identity-aware and role-restricted. Uploaded files are stored separately from public website content, quarantined during security review, and unavailable until a configured malware scanner returns a clean result. Every administrator view or download is recorded. No online system can promise absolute security, so do not upload information that Altiva has not requested. Never send Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents through the public contact form.
Document privacy and retention
Only requested files, for a defined period.
Before every portal upload, the account holder must consent to secure storage, malware scanning, administrator review, and the displayed retention period. The consent record includes the policy version and acceptance time. Altiva uses a category-based schedule for new uploads:
Identification requested for preliminary verification: 30 days.
Résumés and application materials: 730 days.
Certifications and licenses: 365 days.
Onboarding and employment records: 2,555 days.
Other requested documents: 365 days.
An administrator may change a file’s deletion date or place it on a documented legal hold when a contract, investigation, dispute, or law requires longer retention. For example, Form I-9 and any retained copies of supporting documents may require retention for three years after hire or one year after employment ends, whichever is later. When no exception applies, the secure file is deleted after its retention date while limited audit metadata may remain for security and compliance records.
Do not upload an identity document unless Altiva specifically requests it for onboarding or verification. To ask about a file, request eligible deletion, or correct a document, contact altivaindustrial@gmail.com.
Payroll privacy and records
Clear pay records, separated by role.
Employees can see only their own timecards, payroll profile status, earnings, taxes, deductions, reimbursements, and pay statements. Employer clients can see only workers assigned to their company, approved hours, client bill rates, and their own invoices. Employer accounts cannot access an employee’s tax withholding, payment method, deductions, garnishments, or net pay. Authorized Altiva administrators can access payroll records only for payroll operations, compliance, support, and audit.
The payroll workflow records employee submission, employer approval, Altiva calculation and verification, independent administrator approval, manual closeout, invoice status, exports, and important changes. Approved payroll runs remain locked so corrections are handled through documented follow-up rather than silently changing payroll history.
Payroll and employment-tax records are scheduled for retention for at least four years, and may be retained longer when required by federal, state, local, contractual, audit, dispute, or legal-hold requirements.
Daily and weekly hours, rates, straight-time and overtime earnings, additions, deductions, total wages, pay period, and pay date are preserved in the payroll record.
The portal does not request or display full bank-account or Social Security numbers. Secure banking enrollment and tax-filing information must be handled through Altiva’s approved offline process.
The portal does not transfer wages or file payroll taxes. A payroll run is not closed until authorized staff record the manual wage payment or check batch and prepare the accountant handoff report.
Payroll calculations and classifications can depend on the work location and individual facts. Altiva may correct records to comply with applicable law or verified payroll-provider results. Questions about hours or pay should be reported promptly to (404) 809-7430 or altivaindustrial@gmail.com.
Recruiting communications
You choose how Altiva contacts you.
Candidates may separately choose whether to receive recruiting emails and recurring automated recruiting text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for work, receiving staffing services, or employment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Recruiting emails include an unsubscribe link.
Text recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Opt-outs are enforced before future bulk campaigns are sent.
Service messages about an account, application, assignment, safety matter, or legal obligation may still be sent when necessary.
By using this website or portal, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your account, use the service lawfully, and avoid attempts to access information or functions not assigned to your role.
Job listings, candidate availability, compensation information, timelines, and placement outcomes may change and are not guaranteed.
Creating an account, submitting an application, or communicating with Altiva does not create an employment contract or guarantee an interview, assignment, placement, or hire.
Employers are responsible for lawful hiring decisions and for keeping their account information and candidate-review activity confidential.
Users may not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or use portal information for an unauthorized purpose.
Altiva may restrict or suspend access to protect users, clients, data, or the service.
Website content is provided for general information. Specific staffing services may be governed by separate written agreements. To report an account or content concern, contact altivaindustrial@gmail.com.
